What Can Healthcare Learn From Amazon?

April 6, 2017 By Bryan Vartabedian · Reading Time: < 1 minute

Books were once measured by their presence and order on the New York Times Bestseller list.

This picture from Amazon Books show how the largest bookseller in the world creatively curates books in its new bricks and mortar stores. Another display shows Books with more than 10,000 reviews on Amazon.com.

Tapping the wisdom of its customers has allowed Amazon to redefine success in a way that goes beyond numbers sold. Changing the lens on book sales helps us understand what we might like.

What do healthcare organizations know that might allow them to uniquely position their offerings?
