How Not to be Irrelevant in Health Care

February 20, 2015 By Bryan Vartabedian · Reading Time: < 1 minute

TopolWow.  I spent the afternoon interviewing Dr. Eric Topol, the Original Dean of Digital Medicine.  There’s no one who has better defined the the radical transformation currently underway in medicine.  And if you do anything related to medicine and you haven’t read The Creative Destruction of Medicine or The Patient Will See You Now, consider yourself on the fast track to irrelevance.

If you want to see the totality of some provocative, never-before-seen interview material with Dr. Topol, you can register for Medicine in the Digital Age due to launch May 5.  It’ll be a 4 week, hard-hitting, tour-de-force overview of digital medicine with an kick ass forum, Google Hangouts, high contact with myself and Kirsten Ostherr and and some other top-secret stuff delivered under the auspices of the one-and-only edX.  Seats are limited (that’s a lie, really. It’s The Internet) so sign up right now over here.

And if you haven’t read Dr. Topol’s books but you want to achieve immediate relevance. … register now.

Here’s my original review of The Creative Destruction of Medicine.  Time flies.
