Ultimately 33 charts is a sandbox for my thinking. Writing here helps me understand how I view the world. What’s here is not finished but the earliest iterations of bigger things for myself and the reader.

My best insights come when I focus on the tensions experienced in my work as a physician. I look for unique angles and elements that cast a lens on broader, emerging trends in medicine.
