If you drink coffee at Starbuck’s on High Street in Westwood, Massachusetts this is what you’ll see.  It’s a large picture of Bruins forward Milan Lucic assaulting another player.  What’s more concerning than the image itself is the fact that it’s autographed and framed.

People came and went without stopping as if the image was just part of their landscape.

As the father of a twelve-year-old sports junkie son, explaining the maligned behavior of our sports idols represents one of my greatest challenges.  But when the behavior is framed and autographed, it makes things all the more difficult.
